2. Platform Description
- Instant Placement is a modern talent discovery and job connect platform operating across Surat, Gujarat, Mumbai, and India.
- We facilitate direct candidate-to-employer communication without agency middlemen or consultancy commission charges.
3. Candidate Responsibilities
- Provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date resume and qualification data.
- Maintain the security and confidentiality of your OTPs and login credentials.
- Attend scheduled interviews promptly and communicate professionally with hiring managers.
4. Employer Code of Conduct & Zero Fee Rule
- Employers shall NOT charge candidates any registration fees, interview fees, or training costs.
- Mandates must reflect verified salaries, genuine work premises, and lawful working conditions.
- Zero Tolerance for fraudulent or unverified vacancy listings.
5. Limitation of Liability & Governing Law
- Instant Placement verifies job postings and recruiters to the best of its automated and telephonic screening routines.
- Final employment agreements and operational terms remain between the candidate and the hiring firm.
- These terms are governed by the laws of India, subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Surat, Gujarat.
